Products

Each of these is a working product — designed, built and hosted end to end. Every one has a page on how it came about, what broke, and the trade-offs behind it.

How these are built

Full disclosure: I didn't type the code, and I didn't type these words either. Both came out of AI coding tools — Claude and Codex.

What's mine is everything around them: deciding what was worth building, what to cut, which trade-off was right, and catching the answers that were plausible but wrong. The reasons these exist are mine, they're products I actually use, and I run the servers they're on.

Working this way is how I learn, hands-on, what it actually takes to ship something: making the trade-offs, working within technical constraints, and getting the last mile done. Where a product finds real demand, the goal is to scale it to a wider audience — and, eventually, to explore commercialisation.
